From my experience traveling in Cape Verde, Hotel Perola is the best hotel in Praia. Modern and very clean and comfortable. The staff are all great, especially the front desk team. I stayed for nearly 3 weeks and everything was great. I give 5 star reviews to everything , especially all the staff.

Bem localizado, podemos ir até ao Plateu a pé ou pagando 150 ECV de táxi que passam muito por aqui também fica perto de Sucupira.

Я абсолютно рекомендую этот отель. Мы с мужем приехали на медовый месяц. Персонал встретил нас очень любезно. Ребята всегда хотят помочь, у них это хорошо получается. относительно всего. Мы попросили постирать испачканную одежду.
Вещи были доставлены идеально чистыми и отглаженными.
В номере очень чисто и приятно пахнет. Завтрак, шведский стол, все всегда было свежее. На все просьбы и вопросы отвечают и помогают. Мне здесь очень понравилось.
Оставьте ребятам чаевые, они этого абсолютно заслужили ????????????

Hi all.
I absolutely recommend this hotel.
My husband and I came for our honeymoon. The staff greeted us very kindly. The guys always want to help, they do it well. Regarding everything. We asked to wash our soiled clothes.
Items were delivered perfectly clean and ironed.
The room is very clean and smells nice. Breakfast buffet, everything was always fresh. All requests and questions are answered and helped. I really liked it here.
Leave the guys a tip, they absolutely deserve it ????????????

Eu absolutamente recomendo este hotel. Meu marido e eu viemos para nossa lua de mel. A equipe nos cumprimentou muito gentilmente. Os caras sempre querem ajudar, eles fazem isso bem. Em relação a tudo. Pedimos para lavar nossas roupas sujas.
Os itens foram entregues perfeitamente limpos e passados.
O quarto é muito limpo e cheira bem. Buffet de café da manhã, tudo sempre fresco. Todas as solicitações e dúvidas são respondidas e atendidas.
Eu realmente gostei daqui.
Deixe uma dica para a galera, eles merecem com certeza ????????????

Já fiquei várias vezes neste hotel , mas a qualidade da estadia tem vindo a piorar . Este hotel permite que seja possível fazer uma festa num quarto à noite e os hóspedes nos quartos ao lado ouvirem todo o barulho até à 1h da manhã. Eu no quarto ao lado dessa festa , reclamei 2 vezes devido ao barulho e à entrada de garrafas e copos do room service e a recepção nada fez para terminar toda a barulheira. À minha reclamação disseram: " é a comemoração do final de uma conferência "

Do not book this hotel. Last week there was a transport crisis within Cabo Verde. Ferries are not working and best fly who has two planes had one down due to a safety issue. There were more than 24hr delays. Due to the situation, which is evidently force majeure, it was impossible to reach the hotel and they refrained from refunding the cost even in this extraordinary situation. It was the only hotel in the country who denied the refund. It is not professional to not offer any solution and refrain from even replying to emails and only reply one week later to Agoda. Very poor service and attention to the customer.

Worst service we found in our two week trip in Cape Verde. They avoid communicating with us at all times, making our stressful situation even more difficult. We suffered a flight delay and they did not offered us any solution showing no understanding at all.

A unica coisa que não posso dizer que me satisfez a 100%, é que a água da piscina estava meio suja, embora tenha estado em trabalho e não ía, mas visitei o espaco.
De resto, será, sem dúvida, a minha escolha sempre que estiver em Santiago.

Muito ruim, tentei aquecer um alimento e o hotel bem como o restaurante do hotel se recusaram, além de terem cobrado o preço bem acima do normal praticado pelo hotel, mesmo fazendo a reserva anteriormente.

Viemos a Cabo Verde para estar 1 semana a ouvir e a falar sobre Digital. Para um País que quer ser uma referência em África nesta matéria e que o Turismo represente 32% do PIB, não pode ter Hotéis com uma internet tão degradada. E não é um problema infra-estrutural do País, onde já existe fibra óptica. É mesmo um problema deste Hotel, pois, noutros onde tivemos elementos da nossa equipa, correu tudo bem. Não é aceitável!

Nice hotel with AC and good services. Sometimes details need to be better checked (plugs out of the wall, shower floor was not properly done...). Breakfast is alright but nothing extraordinary.
Gym and swimming pool are quite nice. Keep going you are on the good path to reach the next level.

Hôtel à fuir de toute urgence par rapport au prix ne vaut même pas un hôtel 1 étoile . Chambre en piteux état le petit déjeuner, laisse à désirer beaucoup de relâchement .

Hôtel qui n est pas un vrai 4 étoiles. Séjour de 10jours qui a pris fin ce 16 novembre 2022.
Les chambres ne sont pas entretenues beaucoup de matériels cassés ( porte de douche porte serviette papier toilette etc...) on m'a changé de chambre une 1ère fois pour une autre chambre avec autant de choses cassés mais avec en plus la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas ! Toute la journée on m'a dit qu'un technicien devait passé pour au final me refaire deménager a 23h30 dans une autre chambre ou il manquait le 3ème lits! La piscine glaciale sous 30 degré incompréhensible ! Le seul point positif les dames de ménage font très bien leur travail bonne literie et grandes serviettes de qualités changées chaque jour . Mais ce n' est certainement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles qui vaut 130 euros la nuit ! Et aussi on m'a facturé une grande bouteille d' eau que je n' ai jamais consommé!

Cleanliness, Ambience, Friendly staff, Food is excellent, Breakfast has variety, felt homely and calm.

Nice hotel at a very good location, nice views of ocean, plateau and other areas. It is well accessible from everywhere. The rooms a clean, spacious and we'll maintained. The environment and the hotel are very quiet for relaxation and mental works. I indeed enjoyed my stay

朝食は、7時から。
ポットは無い。
洗濯サービス、有料。
照明は、夜に本が十分読める。

照明が切れている、洗面台の水の排水が悪い、湯沸かしポットや椅子を貸して欲しいというリクエストに、直ぐに対応頂きました。
