Nous avons séjourné à la Pousada en "journée", arrivés le matin pour une randonnée (la première citée dans la liste, une merveille ! avec un guide parfait, très bienveillant) et repartis après le diner pour l'aéroport. Excellente "prise en charge" par Jean tant en amont du séjour, que pendant et à l'issue. La table d'hôtes est à la hauteur de sa réputation et nous y avons fait sans doute notre repas le plus abouti en 9 jours au Cap Vert. Nous avons même gouté in extremis le Vinho Branco de Cha ! Nous y retournerons pour y loger cette fois car le lieu, en périphérie d'Assomada, est idéalement situé pour randonner et la pousada offre de très beaux volumes et un aménagement réalisé avec goût, très confortable. Une belle réussite, bravo !

nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au coeur de l'île de Santiago accueillis et conseillés dans nos découvertes par Jean et Julia, expertise de sourire au rendez-vous! Repas de très haut vol et convivialité à table au retour des randonnées soigneusement préparées. La présence d'un guide local recommandé par Jean fut un plus, permettant la découverte et la compréhension (voir la traduction? :-)) de la population et de son mode de vie.
La pousada est définitivement le lieu idéal pour poser ses valises et rayonner dans l'île!

Pension de charm with superb rooms, we had it red: -)
Table worthy of the chefs with high-quality ingredients.
Beautiful country or we discovered a nice, friendly and happy population of living.
We highly recommend the black orchid.
