Younus, son personnel d'accueil et le gars qui nettoyait les chambres le 25 novembre 2022 sont des travailleurs exceptionnels. Mais tout le monde est juste en vacances, surtout cette section de blanchisserie qui m'a fait attendre 18 heures pour faire repasser mes vêtements (un service payant).
