Refurbished in 2016, this institution has kept on its menu all its love for the sea, the sea air and the tasty garnishes on our plates. Kabobs of prawns and scallops ginger, sole meunière, grilled lobster, sea sauerkraut, seafood platter, still delightfully make the pigeon on the cheek of a pig with cider, black pudding and other veal kidney with a knob. Between land and sea, envy and heart are still swinging as much as ever. Each dish served comes out very well anyway with this feat that is often overlooked on our coasts: Mermoz has the appreciable delicacy of pleasing us even though mealtimes have largely passed. You don’t change a winning team, do you? This one is one of them. Preventive, welcoming and attentive. If you expect a little too much for your taste, be sure to tell yourself that you are on vacation and that you are really lucky.

Hormis les serveurs qui sont restés et toujours au top.
Les prix ont flambés, nous nous sommes rabattus sur des moules décevantes et je m'étais réservée pour les deux énormes profiteroles habituels. Là, 2 minuscules pâte à chou certainement pas maison ou alors....
Bref, je comprends pourquoi la salle n'était pas remplie, les habitués comme moi n'y retournent pas.
