A good little address and refined home cooking on the edge of the marshes at Villers-sur-Mer

A charming spot on the edge of the marshes, far from the hustle and bustle. Once you’ve settled on the terrace, you’re immersed in a seascape overflowed by birds. The rest is in the dishes, generous, colourful and full of surprises. What gaiety! Flowers, spices, fruit: it’s beautiful and good! Laurent Marais, with his predestined name, has more than one gourmet suggestion on his slate. Seafood sauerkraut, Normandy entrecôte, fish of the day with its wonderful cream and shellfish sauce, Brussels waffle... This talented chef doesn’t hesitate to come into the dining room to greet his guests.

Nous en avons eu plein la vue et les papilles aujourd'hui. Rien à redire le rapport qualité prix est parfait. Mention spéciale au Chef de l'amuse bouche jusqu'au dessert, un goût de produits frais extra et une présentation au top, un régal.
Et le cadre apporte un +
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
