A few steps from the church of Nossa Senhora de Saúde, behind the public garden, a small terrace of a local restaurant. Go behind it: all around a tree with a trunk of two meters in diameter, the kitchen is organized. Cage of lemons, pans hung on the trunk, the pots are on the fire, there is only to wait to taste a delicious matapa siri-siri or a frango tokossado. This is Sara's place and the atmosphere and the food are local. If you want a little more peace and quiet, you should stay for lunch inside.
