The island of Mozambique is divided in two: the upper city and the lower city. The first one, in the north, comes alive during the day with its small shops, its good addresses of mouth along the still paved streets and its old colonial buildings. But in the evening, we must find the south of the island and the lower town. This is where the night market is held. The market comes alive at nightfall and the small stalls come up. Samoussas, skewers, doughnuts... We come for a walk to enjoy the atmosphere and snack on something local.
