BENJAMIN PLACE
What could be more local than dinner at a local's house? To get to Benjamin's house, we cross the whole village at nightfall. Remember, if you can, to bring your flashlight. Here you are: The man has laid out his garden into a small terrace covered with straw. We welcome you with a broad smile and settle you at the table, just like in a restaurant, then the ballet of pots and pans begins: matapa, coconut caril, squid, shrimps, crabs, rice, grilled chicken... We help ourselves and re-heat, just like at home, and it's delicious!
