On the south side of the Vistualienmarkt market, this charming stand offers a special immersion in Bavarian terroir. Behind the counter, Susanne, originally from Regensburg, will talk to you passionately about the region, in German or perfect English. You'll find typical Upper Palatinate recipes, fermented in jars, a wide selection of products steeped in history and many other surprises: charcuterie, artisanal beer, goat's milk caramel from the farm and gingerbread. Everything is additive-free and traditionally made.
