Founded over 80 years ago, the Munich Riding School is an institution. Approved by the university in 1927, it became a university school. At the same time as numerous horse shows were being organized, the Reitschule made a name for itself in the small world of Munich gastronomy. In the 1950s, it even became one of Schwabing's top addresses. In a beautiful, pure room with the air of an officer's mess, the cuisine is refined and its leitmotif is to source only local and regional products.
