25 HOURS HOTEL - THE ROYAL BAVARIAN
A superb hotel with a whimsical and eclectic decoration, a charm worthy of an alpine chalet in the middle of Munich.
Here's an original hotel with an abundance of furiously whimsical decor: sleigh at reception, swan-shaped armchair, sofa and music in the elevator, etc. The hotel's creators have given free rein to their imagination and succeeded in creating a wacky, eccentric place, full of humor and charm. The rooms combine the wood of Alpine chalets with retro-chic decor and a real sense of detail. Sauna on the top floor.

Upon our arrival, the hotel surprised us with a chocolate bar as a birthday gift, which immediately made us feel welcome and appreciated. The service provided by the concierge and other staff members was outstanding throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotlessly clean, and the hotel's funky interior decor really appealed to us. We cannot speak highly enough of the staff, who were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
The food at the restaurant located downstairs was terrific. We enjoyed having breakfast there every day during our stay. There were plenty of options to choose from, and the coffee was perfect all the time. The food was always fresh, and we had our first taste of German white sausage there, which we loved. It wasn't as salty as we had imagined, and we appreciated its texture and flavor.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to travel to Munich soon.
Everything was excellent until the checkout,
Then I encountered Marcus the guy in the reception,
It all started in the check in,
I made a reservation for three rooms for three people and paid for all the rooms with my credit card, I even gave the deposit with my credit card,
It took more then 30 minutes to check in,
But, it’s Germany, so, fine we will wait.
And when we wanted to check out,
Marcus, the receptionist,
Said that the other rooms weren’t paid & there is no credit card,
I asked how could it be and it’s their mistake & why should we wait for 40 more minutes after the long wait in the check in,
Then I was attacked by Marcus and even bullied by him, and got told in the end that I’m “blacklisted” because the receptionist made a mistake.
I told Marcus twice that if one of my employees was talking like that to a client,
That is right,
He would lose his job.
It’s my last time in this hotel.
