Leider ist das Hotel eine Servicesenke. Die Hotelbar am Samstag lapidar und gelangweilt als wg. Personalmangel geschlossen zu deklarieren, ist schon speziell. Wenn der Rezeptionist kein Getränk bereiten kann - wohlgemerkt bei leerer lobby- spricht das für tiefste Unlust oder Ignoranz. Ein Aufzug, bei dem man das Erdgeschoss nicht anwählen kann sagt viel über den Erhaltungszustand des Hotels aus. Fazit: Nicht empfehlenswert.

Waren zum Frühstücken dort. Das Büffet ist reichhaltig und die Qualität von Wurst, Käse etc. gut. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pokoj byl čistý a pěkný, ale v hotelu NETEKLA TEPLÁ VODA! Ve vyšších patrech bohužel často netekla ani studená. Nechápu, jak si 4-hvězdičkový hotel může v dnešní době něco takového dovolit (dle recenzí se tak nestalo poprvé).
Na snídaních personál nestíhal vůbec nic. Na stolech zůstávalo špinavé nádobí, chyběly příbory, po vystání 10-ti minutové fronty na kávu došly hrnky. O absenci ovoce a teplého jídla ani nemluvím.

I would like to strongly advise everyone not to stay in this hotel under any circumstances! Hotel service/staff very unprofessional and very aggressive (especially at breakfast, where there were not even plates, not to mention missing food) The staff shouted at us that if we don't like it, we should go somewhere else, they say Munich is full of hotels. And I'm not exaggerating, they really shouted out loud!

There was no hot water. At all. For three days, they kept repeating excuses to us, that it hopefully will be fixed. I didn't want to hear this again and again, so after three days without shower, we moved to another hotel. I never want to see this one again, worst hotel in my life!!!
