A very inexpensive hotel in the friendly Schwanthalerhöhe district.

The prices are so low that one wonders what the problem is! But no, it is simply an address with affordable prices. Everything is very correct. The rooms are fully equipped, nothing is missing. Small wink to the funny numbering of the doors of the rooms. The breakfast is rudimentary (coffee, juice, bread, only one kind of cheese) but it helps and the price is absolutely unbeatable. For the same amount of money, you won't get much more than a cappuccino in any coffee shop in town. Self-service coffee machine.

Hotel in guter Lage zum Bahnhof. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für den Preis okay.
Die Bäder sind sauber, aber recht alt optisch.

Це самий гірший отель де ми в рамках подорожі по 8 країнах світу зупинились. У нас було різне, але в Німеччині де жорсткі рамки закону відносно звуків, шумів і де ми не раз зупинялись... Гадали такого не буде, з 22:00 в сусідньому номері настільки голосно говорили басом, що було чутно кожне слово, бірюши не допомогли, бухали, скакали. На прохання до адміністрації врегулювати дане питання, були просто проігноровані. Не рекомендуємо данний отель : 1.жахлива звукоізоляція, чутно все 2.повна не повага адміністрації до відвідувачів та не бажання вирішувати... Хочете не спортити свою подорож, ні в якому разі не зупиняйтесь в ньому!!!

The rooms were clean and modern. Moreover, there was not only a bed in the room, but also a sofa, which I liked very much. Everything was clean. The breakfast was also very diverse and delicious. Tee and coffee was free. Very close to buses, trams and S-Bahn. Transportation is very easy. All the employees are friendly. Thank you for all!

Das Hotel geht pauschal mit rechtlichen Mitteln gegen ehrliche Bewertungen vor. Damit muss ich meine Einschätzung anpassen und "Hotel ganz ok" aus meiner Bewertung entfernen. Ich kann nur empfehlen Betriebe, die mit einem Anwalt gegen die Meinungsfreiheit von Kunden vorgehen komplett zu meiden. Es gibt zudem wesentlich bessere Hotels im Umkreis.

Was aus meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung bleibt ist natürlich das schreckliche Umfeld. Man wird auf offener Stasse angepöbelt und sein Auto möchte man in der Gegend nicht parken.

Sehr viel Mühe ist in die Renovierung dieses Hotels gesteckt worden. Die Zimmer sind klein aber schön. Service ist freundlich und Frühstück lecker. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Sehr gute Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis
