A department store in the centre of town, known for its high-end fashion items and its large selection of classical music albums.

This temple of high-class fashion is immediately recognizable on Marienplatz by its emblematic painted façade from the 1950s. On the southern façade, two figures can be seen: a shopkeeper bends over to present a fabric to his elegant customer. Ludwig Beck is a department store that was founded in 1861! On thefourth and last floor, the classical music lover will find the best CDs of the moment: there is no better address in Munich. On the floor below, you will find Dirndll and Lederhosen.
