Heppel & Ettlich, named after the original patrons, is a traditional cabaret-theatre (and film and concert hall) in the Schwabing district of northern Munich. The entrance is through the Drugstore restaurant and the hall is on the first floor. The small newsstand is a bit incongruous at the bottom of the grand staircase, but all in all quite charming. The place has managed to keep its charm after so many years. It is a small stage that has been in existence since the 1970s and offers shows that will appeal to a wide audience.
