German and international publishers present their publishing programmes during the 18 days of the Bücherschau.

The Münchner Bücherschau is the place to be for book lovers. For three weeks, 300 publishers from the German-speaking world exhibit more than 20,000 books: novels, cookbooks, travel literature, children's literature, audio books, art books and much more. Every day there are readings and a special programme for young readers and school groups. The Bücherschau attracts 160,000 visitors every year.
