He's THE baker in Munich! For the chance to eat "real German bread", head for Julius's bakery. Like his grandfather and father, Julius became a baker after traveling the world for 10 years. Here, all ingredients are organic and locally sourced. The bakery's transparent windows and nooks allow you to see the bakers at work. The main bakery is right in the center of the old town, while a new one has opened between Marxvorstadt and Schwabing (Nordtrasse 23).
