The hotel is situated in a great location nestled into the mountains and with the lake in front of it. The staff working at the Hotel were great and helpful. The meals were of a high quality as were the bedding and linen in the room. Great wellness facilities. Wish we would have booked for more than one night to really enjoy the Hotel's amenities and surrounding environment.

A really especial place, the lake and views of the mountains is incredible! Also the service delivered by all the personnel from reception to the restaurant was surprisingly good. There’s good variety of activities and food to eat. Will definitely consider coming back!

Meine Frau und ich waren für 4 Tage im Eibsee Hotel und waren von der ersten Minute Positiv Überrascht, bei der Anreise und zur Anfahrt auf den Hotelparkplatz wurden wir etwas merkwürdig gefragt (ihr habt Gebucht) das lag wohl an meinem kleinen Opel Agila ;), so etwas ist man sehr wahrscheinlich anders gewohnt, die Jungs waren aber dennoch sehr Freundlich. Man muß hier nicht viel über das Personal sagen, von der Empfangs Dame/Herren bis zum Reinigungspersonal sind alle sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne das es aufgesetzt rüber kommt. Unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den See ein Traum, man braucht keinen TV, der See und die Berge tun alles das man aus dem Staunen nicht mehr heraus kommt. Wir waren nun schon das 3te mal in Grainau aber das erste mal im Eibsee Hotel. Das Frühstück ist in meinen Augen schon eine totale Reizüberflutung es ist so viel an verschieden Sorten wie Wurst, Süssspeisen, Frische Eier, Brot, Brötchen usw usw usw vorhanden das aber auch für jeden das passende dabei sein sollte. Das Abendessen besteht aus einem 3 Gang Menü wobei die Vor und die Nachspeise als Buffet angerichtet wird, Geschmacklich waren die Hauptspeisen an jedem der 4 Tage on Top. Was wir aber echt gut finden das versucht wird einen großen Teil der Waren Regional zu bekommen.
Wir sind ganz Normale Leute und hoffen das wir uns das Irgendwann noch Einmal gönnen können, es war ein kleines Träumchen und unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als erfüllt ????
