Nestled on the heights of the city, the Tegernsee is a beautiful hotel divided into five buildings including a restaurant. The view of the lake and the mountains is sublime. While the rooms are individually decorated, they all share the same sense of design and light. Prices include free access to the spa. This includes two pools (indoor and outdoor), 5 saunas, a relaxation area with a real fireplace. Breakfast and wifi are also included in the booking. Underground parking: €15 per day.

Das Buffet bietet eine große Auswahl an Vor- und Hauptspeisen, nicht zu vergessen die leckeren Desserts.

Die Lage ist phantastisch, die Zimmer groß und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Personal ist professionell und sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Fünfgängemenü(125,-€ pro Person) im Rahmen der Halbpension im Restaurant Alpenbrasserie war ein Gedicht. Jeder Gang eine kunstvolle Kreation, einfach phantastisch. Leider gibt es jeweils für einen Monat immer die gleichen beiden Menüs(ein vegetarisches, ein normales mit Fisch und Fleisch), sodass man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt im anderen Restaurant"Senger" à la carte essen muss, welches leider dagegen qualitativ deutlich abfällt, preislich allerdings nicht.
Das alles hat natürlich seinen Preis, der aber in Anbetracht der gebotenen Qualität (aber nur beim Menü!)noch angemessen ist.
