For 500 years, this traditional Bavarian restaurant, proudly positioned next to the city's stone bridge, has been serving its guests recipes that are always up to date: charcoal-grilled meat, homemade sausages made from pure pork ham or sauerkraut fermented with Wurstkuchl mustard. The inn was once home to the cathedral's construction workers.
