GÄNSBAUER
An excellent restaurant for fine Bavarian tapas, in a charming and urban setting.
This historic restaurant in the heart of Regensburg was taken over in 2024, and the concept has changed slightly. Where once you enjoyed Bavarian-inspired tapas, now the menu takes you on a journey to Anatolia. Still on the tapas principle, discover the extraordinary and very tasty Turkish cuisine: eggplant caviar, walnut cream or çaçik (Turkish tzatziki) to start, before continuing with a skewer of Adana meat or octopus served with fennel, blood orange and chives. Modern and creative.
