An original campsite with barrel-shaped bungalows on the banks of the Danube, not far from Regensburg city centre.

The campsite is situated on the banks of the Danube, about 2 km from the old town of Regensburg. The design of the bungalows, which can be rented on a weekly basis, is unique: they are shaped like large barrels and are comfortably furnished as rooms. The use of wood, the round shape and the small openings give them a false hobbit village look. Also on the spot: hut-type accommodation.

Ordentlicher Campingplatz direkt an der Donau. Altstadt ist mit dem Rad gut erreichbar. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch von Regensburg.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles sind sehr freundlich. Schöner sauberer Campingplatz direkt neben der Donau. 13 Fahrradfahrminuten vom Zentrum bzw. Regensburger Dom entfernt. Man kann hier sehr schöne Fahrradtouren und Spaziergänge direkt an der Donau unternehmen. Uns hat das mit Hund sehr gut gefallen. Immer wieder gerne!
