Mit dem Frühstück waren wir sehr zufrieden und das dortige Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich.
Wir vermissten Haken bzw. Ablageflächen im Bad. Und warum man in das hinterste Zimmer im obersten Stock verfrachtet wird, obwohl das Hotel leer war, erschloss sich uns nicht.
Hotel prenotato per 4 notti a più di 500 euro, dal 4 all'8 Dicembre, hanno cancellato tutti i voli in arrivo a Monaco per neve dal 4 al 7 Dicembre, avvisati tempestivamente lo stesso 4 Dicembre che non mi sarei potuto recare hanno rifiutato di effettuare il rimborso, pure parziale!!!Praticamente mi hanno rubato 500 euro!!! Professionalità zero e struttura al limite della truffa!!!Davvero scandaloso!! È pieno di Hotel più belli e di gente seria lì attorno, evitate i poco di buono disonesti!!!Ridicoli!!!
