A collection of Christian art from the Middle Ages to the 21st century.
The Diocesan Museum, housed in St. Ulrich's Chapel (a beautiful Gothic chapel decorated with frescoes and pictorial ornaments), has a very fine collection of sacred art including paintings, sculptures and silverware from the Middle Ages to the 21st century. There are also ceremonial robes all embroidered with gold... This museum of the St. Ulrich diocese complements well the collection of the Domschatzmuseum, the cathedral treasury, not far from here.
