Opened in March 2009, it shares a space with the bowling alley in the leisure area. Stretching to music, exercises that work the abs, buttocks, triceps... No more lazing around! The animators propose various activities so that each one finds their happiness and leaves there with a slender and bodybuilder body. The must: 20 super bikes to practice the "RPM", a 50-minute ride in the background with hills, flats, sprints, and time trials. And one and two and three, stretch, lift, and repeat!
