Restaurant offering a menu with fresh and seasonal products in Vire.
Jordan and Clément, the two young chefs at Atelier du Goût, have a credo: "Good food is like friendship: honest, sincere and simple." We took the Atelier menu, served at lunchtime. The dishes are fine, beautifully presented. The snacked salmon with the beet declension is a marvel. Equally successful were the poached egg starter and the café gourmand to round off the experience. All at a reasonable price for this semi-gastronomic restaurant! The only thing missing is a proposal for vegetarians.
