A huge market that takes place every Friday morning (including holidays), from 9 am to about 12:45 pm, in the heart of downtown Vire, on several streets and squares. This weekly market is a real local institution, a source of social link in the capital of the Bocage. During the summer, it welcomes up to 160 traders. The Vire market is one of the most important in the department, both in terms of the number of traders present and the diversity of products offered, many of which come from the Vire region.
