BASILIKA ST. JAKOB
This late Gothic church also has Baroque features by the Asam brothers.
This late-Gothic church also has Baroque features by the Asam brothers (18th century). Its brick bell tower can be seen from afar, and its black, pear-shaped bulb is surprising. Inside, the rich baroque decoration contrasts with the white of the pillars. A nice and heterogeneous set. The stained glass windows are without doubt the most precious part of the basilica, some are medieval, others neo-Gothic. The sketch of the stained glass window of Moses is attributed to the very famous Albrecht Dürer.
