DB MUSEUM
A museum entirely dedicated to the history of the train and the Deutsche Bahn, with locomotives and real wagons to discover.
This gigantic railway museum traces the adventure of the railroads, from the first steam locomotive line between Nuremberg and Fürth in 1835 to the present day. Telling the story of trains also depicts the history of the industrial revolution, the rural exodus, the rise of tourism, the Holocaust and much more. Among the highlights of the collection are the Adler, Germany's oldest locomotive, and Louis II's royal train, his "Versailles on wheels".
