A good bakery that has been emulated in Rothenburg. The delicious local speciality is Schneeball.
One of the city's best pastry shops, it serves, among other things, delicious Schneeballen, a specialty shaped like a large snowball and coated with powdered sugar, chocolate, vanilla or cinnamon... It's not very practical to eat, but it's furiously good! If you'd like to take home a little gift, you'll also find Lebkuchen coated in different colors. Zuckerbäckerei belongs to the Brothaus group, which owns other bakeries-pastry shops-sandwich shops in town, each with its own concept.
