Open-air museum presenting 800 years of local history in over 70 small houses and farms in Bad Windsheim.
This open-air museum is well worth a visit: 800 years of the region's history are on display! You just have to walk around and visit the small houses and farms (more than 70) that are built there. Each of them represents a period, customs, decorations and beliefs. A charming place where the food, in the old way, is excellent! The reconstructions are very faithful, authentic and never kitsch, a success!
