Tucked away in a courtyard off Erlangen's main thoroughfare, Muskat is a certified organic restaurant serving excellent, tasty and healthy food. And since the produce is seasonal and local, the menu is ever-changing, so you'll have to let yourself be surprised. As for drinks, try the "Power-Drink", a real treat. The restaurant already has a long track record, having opened in 2002, and since then it's been an undeniable success - quality pays off. What's more, you'll feel very welcome here. Le Muskat is an excellent address that honors slow food.
