Small, quiet, charming family hotel with 12 rooms, most with romantic courtyards.

Located in the heart of the old town, this small family-run hotel with 12 rooms, most of which open onto a romantic inner courtyard, is a true haven of peace. If the exterior of this 18th century house is charming, the interior courtyard is even more so. It is in the middle of the city, but the place is very quiet. Breakfast - included in the reservation - is taken with the other guests at a large table. The location is perfect for exploring Erlangen on foot. We are very close to the university and the botanical garden.

Wir waren schon mehrfach während der Bergkirchweih hier. Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und außergewöhnlich. Jedes Zimmer ist anders. Die Inhaberin serviert ein schönes Frühstück das gemeinschaftlich an einem Tisch eingenommen wird. Alles in allem sehr schön und prima Service. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

This place is the best. The room and location are lovely, the breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are super welcoming. Plus there's a friendly pup named Mr. Blue, such a goodboy. Highly recommend. :)
