A very good address where the Bavarian cuisine is honoured.
A very good address where the Bavarian cuisine is honored. The food is hearty, the beer delicious and the restaurant has a terrace, ideal for sunny days. The Bauerntanz prides itself on being the oldest Gasthaus in Augsburg. In fact, it was first mentioned (as a brewery at the time) in 1572! The food is rather simple but the portions are generous and the interior is quite authentic.
