More than 150 dolls, mannequins and figurines of the artist Käthe Kruse (1883-1968) are exhibited in this museum.
This former monastery dating from 1630 has been refurbished and now houses the doll museum. More than 150 dolls, mannequins and figures by the artist Käthe Kruse (1883-1968) are on display. A "telephone booth" gives you the opportunity to hear Käthe Kruse herself talk about her work. After the Second World War, Käthe Kruse's workshops were moved from Bad Kösen to Donauwörth, where the dolls are still produced today.
