Based in Togo, Asky Airlines is a 100% privately-owned pan-African airline founded in 2008 by regional banking institutions, in partnership with Ethiopian Airlines. Its network covers some thirty African destinations, spread across twenty-five countries in West and Central Africa. It serves destinations such as Ouagadougou, Accra, Bamako, Banjul, Brazzaville, Cotonou, Kinshasa, Lagos, Libreville, Lomé, Malabo, N'Djamena, Niamey, Pointe-Noire... It has a fleet of fourteen aircraft, including ten Boeing 737-800s.

- Loss of the luggage: The planes, too small, which regularly full, luggage arrive 2 to 3 days after the passenger when they are not lost
- Systematic delays
- Frequent cancellations and not taken care of passengers (Hotel, catering .....)
