Here's a maquis well known to locals and expatriates in Lomé for the quality of its dishes, especially the braised fish, which everyone loves. The tables are scattered in a large open-air space, shaded by trees. The atmosphere is authentic and friendly. The menu also includes salads, spaghetti and Togolese specialties, including various pastas and sauces. Service is sometimes a little slow, but in this verdant setting, the wait is not unpleasant. On the other hand, the welcome could be warmer.
