In this air-conditioned restaurant, the owner, himself a cordon bleu cook, his chef and his loyal team of thirty-five year olds combine their know-how to "get the job done". Whether it's shrimps in curry sauce with spiced rice or veal blanquette with a creamy cauliflower purée, here we juggle local flavours with French classics, all well executed. The wood-fired pizzas are also worth a detour. On the way in, the bar counter welcomes customers, who usually share an aperitif before sitting down.
