Organized by the French company Gakokoé and the Atelier Théâtre de Lomé since 2004, the Lucioles Bleues international festival, also known as the Filbleu festival, draws its inspiration from literature, theater and cinema to the delight of enthusiasts. Theater performances, concerts, roundtables, book signings and debates are just some of the events on the six-day program. In all, over 200 international artists take part in the festival.
