LES GRIOTS NOIRS DU TOGO
Les Griots noirs du Togo includes a theatre company, Les Messagers du temps, a traditional dance company, Les Nomades, a group of painters, La Plume, and a salsa music group, Les Gedeawo. Les Griots noirs du Togo is the initiator of the country's international storytelling festival, the Fesconte, which has been held since 2005 at the end of July and beginning of August and which welcomes African, European and even Canadian storytellers. Since its creation, the company has also been fighting for the protection of the environment by organizing its own actions.
