Harvest festival in Zio. According to tradition, the founders of the city of Tsévié decided to sow beans during their exodus in the 18th century. They refused to leave before the beginning of the harvest. This is the origin of the name Tsévié, composed of tsé (to produce) and vié (little). Ayiza owes its name to the "ayi" bean. Once the beans were collected, a part of the Ewe people settled in Tsévié. The program of celebrations included religious prayers, a market with local products as well as traditional songs and dances.
