MACUMBA
European and Togolese cuisine in a hotel school restaurant, as Macumba trains young apprentices for their future job as restaurateur. Fish, poultry and meat are cooked on the fire. We won't miss their famous fufu or their excellent fish and vegetable soup. The setting is pleasantly calm. A very good address for those who appreciate a generous cuisine. The service is sometimes nonchalant, but we will not hold it against you. Attached to the ABCN garage, this address is very well known and appreciated by the Togolese.
