For this establishment, it is more appropriate to speak about "Le Cristal complex", because it occupies a whole area with about 80 comfortable rooms, a swimming pool and a night club. It is the largest hotel in the city in terms of capacity, but the rooms are ordinary, quite expensive, with very small showers and old televisions. All in all, the hotel is in need of maintenance. It is not advisable to sleep there when the nightclub is open. However, the staff is warmly welcoming and the service is professional.

Hôtel sale, Ne pas hésiter à déhousser les oreillers (moisissures, baves). Toiles d'araignées, moutons dans les chambres. Toilettes sales. Le summum : les chambres insonorisées et musique à fond toute la nuit ! Cet hôtel se moque du monde : à fuir !

This hotel is a real scandal! Aberrant architecture (the rooms windowless), a deplorable service (had to battle to have a blanket for an extra bed in the room that was however obviously charged to us, however one flows you after to pay the pool (1000FCFA/enfant, 1500FCFA/adulte) when you are not even yet inside and that, guest, you are not likely to escape. The worst: impossible to sleep. The hotel is proud to offer its disco! Neither the box, nor the windows of the rooms are soundproofed. We did not sleep until 4:30. All for an outrageous price (an air-conditioned double room with an additional bed for children, 29500 FCFA). All buildings met after recommended this gloomy place to us.
We stayed last July. Nothing matches the images, descritif. Clean rooms, however the windows are broken, mosquito nets are torn, so lives mosquitoes... The meal was miserable... the breakfast with 06.30 H had to be bitterly to negotiate. I highly not book in this hotel so-called luxury!
