Koffi and his sister Abra Noguessi took over the family restaurant when their father, Mr. Late, who was once known for his grilling and sense of humor, passed away. From barnyard to plate, the place has its own kitchen, where everyone is busy pounding chilies, crushing onions, with a few steaming pots in the heart of this open-air kitchen. On the menu, the chef suggests braised meats: chicken, guinea fowl, agouti, antelope, partridge... Then, a small sodabi, another specialty of the house, to facilitate digestion!

It is clear: impossible to find without a guide. You should ask for the village of Agou. For the rest, accent with Petit Futé. A good stop between Lome and Kpalimé. It is not necessary to be too in a hurry, the service is a little slow. The chef is a character in itself.
