Paul is a friendly Togolese with a passion for cooking. Opposite Mount Kloto, he has opened a traditional maquis, where he prepares simple dishes such as bicycle chicken, fufu and spaghetti, as well as more elaborate ones, such as rabbit stew and beef bourguignon. This little address is much appreciated by locals and tourists alike for its hearty, tasty dishes and friendly atmosphere. On request, it delivers hot meals to La Petite Cascade, but you can also take your order away. A great deal!
