When you arrive from Kpalimé, you can't miss its big green sign indicating in capital letters the name of the establishment. Contrary to what one might think, there are no concerts or animated evenings. It is simply a large local maquis that serves generous home cooking at meal times. Sheltered from passers-by and motorists, the small terrace is a pleasant place to sit. Fufu, guinea fowl, chicken and mutton are cooked in the traditional way, on clay ovens for the meats, in a wooden mortar for the yam paste.
