Situated high above the city, past the cathedral, this recently renovated state hotel is renowned for its panoramic views. The upstairs terrace offers a beautiful 360° view of the hills, but it's not very well equipped, so don't hesitate to ask for your meal to be served here rather than in the air-conditioned dining room, especially at sunset. The 27 rooms, including two suites, are spacious with indoor bathrooms featuring hot water and a balcony overlooking the hills. In the restaurant, you can choose between African and Western dishes.
