Essofa, from the eponymous farm, has honored the memory of her late mother, Catherine, who wanted to devote her life to serving the poorest, by creating this association which works with vulnerable children. In addition to providing educational support, the association offers fun activities, nature discovery programs and supports an orphanage through a variety of initiatives. Throughout the year, the association is looking for volunteers to support its various missions. At the same time, the Essofa farm donates part of its income to the association.
