Mariam and Dambé, a Burundian-Togolese couple, have set up this small African-style restaurant near the new market. They offer a revisited traditional cuisine, concocted using only local produce. The dishes can be surprising, like the Doyi, made with beans, beef casings and vegetables, or the Wassa Wassa with fish, prepared with yam flour. You can also feast on grilled meat and fish, accompanied by one of a variety of homemade sauces. Artisanal ice creams and sodabi. Live music every Friday evening.

Nous avons été reçu par Mariam et Dambe, couple très chaleureux. On a voulu tester les spécialités locales et on n’a pas été déçus. Ils s’adaptent également pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement et j’espère y retourner lors d’un prochain séjour au Togo ☺️
