We spent 4 nights in this very pleasant hotel. The rooms are simple but very clean, the wonderful and well-kept garden. The restaurant, the best in town, serves mainly as the european cuisine, what a pleasure to grab a bite beef quality! It is located near the market, the bus station and also the most active bars of the city.
We also have 2 day excursion to the Alion guide! Negotiate dry! The day in Tamberna country, a UNESCO World Heritage site, (48 000 F for 6 sea-green) minibus was very interesting so that the market Kandé! The day in country Kabyé (28 000 F for 5 minibus) blacksmiths of Tcharé, Weavers and Bafilo rather instuctive also!
We have three days visit guide Alion, an old soldier not trained to guide, better to speak policy of West Africa than local traditions. We pay 45000 CFA per day, price vehicle included. The programme: visit Kabyé country and " rock fendue" (uninteresting), visit the war memorial (uninteresting). Then we went to the Bafilo village where we had a good discussion before continuing with workshops blacksmiths (overrated atmosphere) and potters (also overrated). The workshop of weavers was a better. The market Ketao is friendly and Tata Tamberma de Koutammakou also.
